CBD oil – Methods of Usage and Application

We have received many emails with the question of “How to best use” CBD oil. We have designed and shared this post with you in the hope that this may be educational and helpful to all of you CBD users. Know that there are many other ways to use CBD oil, but from our research we have discovered that these application methods are the most common and used.

TOPICAL APPLICATION

Cream, lotions, and salves are typically made for local pain-relief and healing. These work only on the uppermost layer of cells, so cannabidiol does not enter the bloodstream.

SUBLINGUAL APPLICATION

Sublingual delivery is known as the most efficient and best result method. Sublingual method allows the compound to be absorbed by the capillaries in the mucous membranes, and directly into the bloodstream.

The remainder is swallowed and allowed to slowly digest. A user choosing this delivery method can have both immediate and long-lasting relief.

To take CBD oil sublingually, hold it under the tongue from 15 to 30 seconds so that the mucous membranes can absorb the cannabinoids.

INGESTION APPLICATION

The easiest method to deliver a dose of hemp compounds is to ingest it.

Swallowing the concentrated oil allows it to pass through the digestive system and metabolize in the liver. The active compounds then enter into your bloodstream. This exactly how most of your daily vitamins are delivered.

Stay tune for this specific method as we are getting ready to launch new products that will facilitate your daily CBD dosage intake!
