15 Ways to Use Essential Oils (and WHY to use Spark Naturals)

When first introduced to Essential Oils, many people are presented with a Multi-Level Marketing plan, and feel a lot of pressure to not only sell the oils themselves, but have people underneath them selling as well, in order to simply enjoy the Essential Oils for the pure and natural product that they are – we didn’t like that, so we founded Spark Naturals – we think everyone should be able to enjoy 100% Pure Essential Oils without the overpricing and under-producing that leaves you (the customer) with higher expense and lower quality and availability (despite what elegant marketing schemes may tell you). We want you to enjoy your Essential Oils – without having to overpay or over-stress.

Mother nature has a lot to offer – and it shouldn’t require a membership to enjoy.

If you’re relatively new to Essential Oils, we’re excited to share with you how you can use them and incorporate them into your everyday lives!
Here are 15 easy ways to use Essential Oils! Hopefully they will help you see a new side of oils – and what they really can do for you!

Lavender Essential Oil

Relaxation – Often times many of us will feel anxious – you know the feeling! Rubbing a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil on your feet, back, and neck can really help you to relax and calm down. Often times, simply the scent of Lavender Essential Oil can help to relieve stress and help calm your mind and body.

Mosquito Bites Lavender Essential Oil can also help with mosquito bites – simply place a drop directly on the bite and it will greatly reduce – or eliminate – the annoying itching. Very convenient for any outdoor trips or hikes!

Allergies – Try rubbing a drop of Lavender between your palms and inhale deeply. You’ll feel much better, and if you get itchy eyes like we do, it’ll take care of that for you too.

Dry cracked heels & feet – Mix about 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil and 2 drops of Lavender and rub it on your feet morning and night. Put a pair of socks on for about an hour after applying the oil, and you’ll be on the road to baby smooth skin! This also works great for dry skin in general.

Paper cuts – just annoying. Use a drop of Lavender and rub it in where my cut was. Your annoying pain will vanish as quickly as it comes.

Small Burn – Gently apply a few drops of Lavender to relieve the pain and tenderness.
