DIY Recipes: Marjoram Essential Oil

This month’s Oil of the Month Club oil is Marjoram! It is often used with oils like Lavender and Frankincense and has a wonderful calming effect. We’ve rounded up a few recipes for you to try!

  1. Growing Pains: If you’re a parent or guardian, you know the “joys” of dealing with your child’s growing pains! When they are feeling especially uncomfortable, try a massage or a warm bath.

*Gently massage onto affected area applying only slight pressure (usually around bedtime).

Warm Bath:IMG_1566

*Stir oils into warm bath water and soak for at least 15 minutes (usually around bedtime).

2. The Icky Cough: The last thing you want is to have a cough while everyone is out playing in the sun! Try this awesome Cough Buster recipe using our versatile Base Salve.


Cough Buster Salve:

*Mix and let cool. Rub on chest as needed.

3. High Blood Pressure: If you struggle with high blood pressure, this holistic remedy may help get it under control with consistent use.


High Blood Pressure Relief Roller:

*Apply to the bottom of your feet, wrists, over the heart and back of the neck as needed, at least 2x daily.
