Books, Books, Books!

None of us know all there is to know about essential oils, and there are so many ways to use them it’d be impossible to have an “end all, be all” book. That’s why Spark Naturals carries a variety of resources that address your unique knowledge and needs.

If you’re like me (and I assume you are since you’re reading this!), I get a lot of my information on the internet and digital books. In this day and age, digital books are easier than ever to access and store, but when it comes to reference books for health, nothing beats a physical copy. Here’s why:

  1. You can highlight and take notes in important sections and quickly flip to them (instead of trying to “search” digitally and coming up short).
  2. Power Outages: You can still have access to the information you need even when technology fails.
  3. Storage: In the same realm of power outages, health books are great to have in your emergency packs/storage for quick reference when other means may not be accessible.
  4. Easy to share! You can lend it to friends and family in their times of need.

Some of our most popular books are by Valerie Ann Worwood, and for good reason. She is very studied in the field of Aromatherapy and is practiced in using Essential oils. Her books are extremely well researched and organized, which makes the information reliable and easy to use. If you’re new to essential oils, these are a great place to start. As a parent I often refer to Aromatherapy for the Healthy Child. There are so many great recipes and charts that cover topics from baby rashes to acne and hormone challenges.

Perhaps you are switching your family to a more Organic lifestyle or need a book focused on healing. Our books Hands on Healing Remedies and Organic Body-Care Recipes are worth the gander. You may be looking for help or more specialized knowledge in a specific area such as healthy skin and hair, perfumes, or soap making. We have that, too! These references are especially helpful to aromatherapy crafters, whether for entrepreneurs or simply gift-makers because they are more recipe oriented.

Adding an aromatherapy book to your collection will give you ready-to-use knowledge and empower you in your health journey. What could be better than that?
