11 Uses for Frankincense Essential Oil

  1. Pain Relief: Combine with a carrier oil and rub on the sore area to find relief from general pain.

    1. Yes you can use Frankincense orally. People have been known to take it in a capsule (sometimes combined with lavender, grapefruit, and clove) to support the immune system. If you are worried about internal use, massaging topically onto the affected area can also be beneficial. Hope this helps!
